MORGAN DUBAY
Morgan Dubay (she/her) is a jazz dancer and choreographer from Connecticut. The young artist proudly holds a B.A. in both Dance and Psychology from Salve Regina University. At the University, Morgan was a student choreographer and a member of Extensions Dance Company under the direction of jazz scholar and educator, Lindsay Guarino.
Showing up as her most authentic, loud, and vivid self, she encourages all in her classroom to prioritize their identity and culture in order to identify their roots and establish a sense of community within the created space.
She attributes her growth and success as a dancer and human to the rooted, fulfilling nature that is jazz, as well as all of her jazz mentors, educators, friends and family who have supported her as she thoughtfully crafts her future doing what she loves. Morgan is a choreographer in the 2024 Rhode Island Women’s Choreography Project, Here & Now as well as a member of Decidedly Jazz Danceworks Professional Training Program (2024-2025) in Calgary, Alberta.
